Requirements

Years’ Experience | Minimum 1-year Tractor Trailer experience, with 6 months of verifiable Tanker experience |
Age | 23 |
License | Valid Class A CDL |
Endorsements/Credentials | TWIC required HAZMAT and Tank endorsements required |
Other Requirements | Have no DUI/DWI, impaired driving or implied-consent convictions within the past 5 years. |

Equipment
At Standard Freight, we know how to move liquid chemicals safely and efficiently. We will permanently assign you(no slip seating) a technologically equipped, late-model truck so you can safely reach the destination on time.
We boast a modern, well-maintained fleet that primarily includes conventional Macks, Peterbilts, Freightliners, Kenworths, and Volvo tractors. We keep our fleet in exceptional condition, so our trucks are always running smoothly to give you peace of mind when getting your shipment to its destination.
We primarily run DOT 407 stainless steel trailers. These include Transflo (in-cab) Tablets with document scanning, communication, and training features to give our drivers access to our resources on demand.


Home Time
Standard Freight promotes a healthy work / life balance for our drivers, so we offer our team the kind of income, benefits, and home time that allow you to take care of yourself and your family.
Local company drivers living close to our terminal are home nightly and on weekends. Regional drivers are usually home 2-3 nights per week and most weekends. OTR drivers typically stay outbound 10-14 days at a time, but our dispatchers always prioritize getting you home when you need it.
